Postage Rates
• Flat Rate Shipping: $14.50 Australia-wide (up to 5kg)
• Express Post: $16.95 (up to 5kg)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $99 (up to 5kg)
All parcels up to 5kg. For heavier orders, additional postage may apply and we’ll contact you prior to dispatch.
Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Cairns, Queensland. We aim to dispatch your order within 2–4 business days of receiving cleared payment.
We use Australia Post and trusted courier services for delivery. PO boxes are sent via Australia Post. Delivery times generally range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
A dispatch email with your tracking number will be sent once your parcel is booked in (please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it).
If you require your order urgently, please select Express Post at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. The Bubble Jungle Soapery is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order must be re-sent due to an address error or non-collection, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Packaging & Damaged Items
Each parcel is carefully packed to minimise movement and protect your products in transit.If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days so we can make it right. Refunds or replacements will be handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law and our Returns Policy.
If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us with details and photos within 7 days. Each enquiry will be reviewed case by case.
