In the event of an error (including after an order has been submitted), we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order accordingly.
All product availability, pricing, and offers are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue or modify any product at any time and are not liable for any resulting impact or disappointment. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and quality of our information and products, we cannot guarantee that all content or items will meet individual expectations.

Pricing
All prices shown on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be adjusted or updated from time to time without prior notice. The Bubble Jungle Soapery reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any stage. We cannot be held responsible for any impact these changes may have on your order or purchasing decisions.
Payment
The Bubble Jungle Soapery currently accepts payments via credit card, PayPal, and AfterPay.
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed.
Orders & Accounts
When placing your first order, you may choose to create a customer account by setting up a username and password. Creating an account helps us process any future orders quickly and efficiently, so your soaps and skincare treats reach you as smoothly as possible.
If you prefer, you can also complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account.
Please double-check that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. The Bubble Jungle Soapery cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address being provided.
Once payment has been received, ownership and risk of the goods transfer to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or amended once payment has been processed and submitted. Promotional codes or discounts cannot be combined, exchanged, or modified after your order has been finalized. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, shipping information, and any discount codes are correct prior to completing the checkout process.
Handling & Delivery Times
All products from The Bubble Jungle Soapery are lovingly handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Because of this artisan process, handling times may vary depending on product availability, but we do our best to dispatch all orders within 1–4 business days.
Our soaps and body care items are crafted using professional, consistent methods and carefully measured formulas. However, as we use only natural ingredients, you may notice slight variations in colour, texture, or scent from batch to batch. These subtle differences are a hallmark of truly handmade products and reflect the seasonal nature of our ingredients.
We currently ship within Australia only. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. For regional or remote areas, please allow additional time. You can check estimated delivery times via the Australia Post or Team Global Express websites. Please note that these timeframes are a guide only — The Bubble Jungle Soapery cannot be held responsible for delays in transit once parcels have been handed over to the carrier. Lost parcels will be reviewed and replaced at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
If you require faster delivery, please select Express Post at checkout (additional charges apply).
Please note: We use our best efforts to ensure all orders are delivered promptly to your nominated address. However, The Bubble Jungle Soapery is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by courier or postal delays beyond our control.
Local Pickup or Market Collection
If you’re based in or near Cairns, you’re welcome to arrange local pickup or collect your order from one of our upcoming market stalls. Simply check ‘Pick Up’ at check out, and we will email you when your item is ready and to arrange a suitable time. Pick ups are scheduled between 10am – 2pm and 4pm-6pm Monday to Friday, by pre-arranged time. We love meeting our local customers in person!

Returns & Refund Policy
At The Bubble Jungle Soapery, we pour care and attention into every handmade batch, and we want you to love your products as much as we love creating them. We take pride in the quality of our natural soaps and skincare, but we also understand that every skin type is unique and individual results can vary.
If you’re new to our range, we recommend starting with a single bar, jar, or smaller item before purchasing a full bundle. This allows you to make sure the product suits your skin before committing to a larger order.
The Bubble Jungle Soapery is not liable for any individual reaction to a specific ingredient. Please read all ingredient lists and directions carefully before use. If you have allergies or sensitivities, avoid ingredients that may cause irritation. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product — apply a small amount to your arm or leg (not the face), and discontinue use immediately if a reaction occurs.
We handle all returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases, as our products are made fresh and cannot be resold once opened.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and make it right where appropriate. Each request will be handled individually and with care.
Change of Mind
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations can no longer be made.
Because our soaps and skincare items are freshly handmade and designed for personal use, The Bubble Jungle Soapery is unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, items that have left our workspace cannot be resold or reused.
Broken or Damaged in Transit
We take great care when packing each order, but if your items arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Include clear photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging so we can assess the issue.
Depending on the situation, we’ll happily replace the item or issue a refund or store credit for the affected product(s).
Faulty Products
If you believe you’ve received a faulty or defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos or a detailed description of the issue.
If The Bubble Jungle Soapery determines that the product is faulty (meaning it arrived damaged, defective, or not as described), we will replace or refund the item, including any applicable postage costs.
Missing or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that your order is missing an item or an incorrect product was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of what you received and a short description of the issue.
We’ll ensure the correct item is shipped to you at no additional cost, or offer a refund if preferred.
Allergic Reactions
Because everyone’s skin is unique, reactions can occasionally occur even with natural ingredients. If you experience irritation or an allergic response, discontinue use immediately and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the reaction.
All refund or replacement requests are reviewed case by case. If a return is approved, products must be:
• no more than 30% used,
• securely bubble-wrapped and protected for transit.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your returned product to be inspected and your refund processed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall The Bubble Jungle Soapery, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ADDRESS ERRORS/AMENDMENTS
Our team prides itself on dispatching your parcels as quickly as possible, so amendments may not always be possible. Please see the following options for:
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please email info@thebubblejungle.com.au with the correct address, where it will be amended if possible.
If you have already received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. Address amendments may be possible if your order is not yet in transit, for a fee of $9.90.
If your item is already in transit, you may contact Australia Post directly and request an address change. If parcels are returned to sender due to an incorrect address, these will accrue RTS and re-shipment fees.
